The Clavel's story is a family story in which the sons Antoine and Martin are progressively taking part in.
Jean Clavel, Pierre's father created the Coteaux du Languedoc AOC back in the days.
The estate is made of 33ha of vineyard from a variety of soils but with the same focus on producing the best grapes possible organically.
Today, Estelle is in charge of making the wines and keeping the strong Mediterranean identity.

Siblings Christine and Luc manage this beautiful historic family estate dating back to 1623 and transmitted from Mother to Daughter.
60ha of vineyard spread over the 3 terroirs of Saint-Chinian as well as the sumptuous limestone plateau of Saint-Jean-de-Minervois.
Passionate and meticulous, they produce some high quality wines that are true from where they come from.

Visionary brothers Louis-Marie and Prosper Teisserenc took the vineyard out of the cooperative in 1974.
They developed the estate since then to reach 110ha today.
Also, they have been planting the only Zinfandel of France along with other specialities.
They make wines of pleasure, full of flavour and character.

After working for big wineries in France and making wines for Gérard Depardieu, Laurent and Sylvie developed this small scale, high quality estate.
Permaculture is central on their farm as they don’t only grow grapes but also olives, truffles, saffron… and work with 3 donkeys and 2 sheep.
The wines are full of flavour, refined and truly Mediterranean.

Strangely, Sophie became a winemaker after her studies to be pharmacist.
She realised that managing the family estate could only be a full time job.
She has not looked back since and runs the property admirably.
Sophie makes wonderful value wines that are a mix between art and science.

Situated in the South of France at the Spanish border, the vines are on steep schists slopes and terraces.
Managed by Jean Michel, son of the famous Dr André Parcé who made Banyuls and Collioure known worldwide.
